Mid/Senior Project Manager

What will you do?
You will help us build amazing custom software for our clients from all over the world! You will act as the main point of contact for the client, structure the project’s requirements, establish the tasks with the team, manage the sprints and report progress. You will be also responsible for change and risk management, as well as monitoring of the project's budget.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT project management
- Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle (especially in .NET, Angular/React, iOS/Android technologies)
- Experience working with AzureDevOps or Jira/Confluence and Git,
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience with Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to identify problems, find and implement solutions
- Ability to resolve potential conflicts and stressful situations within the team
- Ability to manage and scale processes; organize work and set priorities
- Enough technical background to communicate easily with the team and clients
- Top-notch interpersonal skills, responsibility and self-reliance, a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
- Certificates: PSM I, AgilePM, PMP, or other
- Experience with Click-up, Basecamp, Figma, Miro
