What will you do?

You will help us build amazing digital products for our clients from all over the world! You will make sure the team works according to agile principles and best practices. You will manage some of the projects using Scrum framework and support the software development process.

Toolbox and workflow


We use Visual Studio IDE, Harvest and Slack as our basic tools.


We work in close-knit teams and exchange knowledge.


We have direct influence on the projects we build.


  • 2+ years of Scrum Master work experience
  • PSM I certificate
  • Deep knowledge on Agile software development and Scrum framework
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Enough technical background to communicate easily with the team
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • PSM II, PSM III, PO certificates
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
