Business Analyst

What will you do?

You will help us describe and improve business processes and prepare the necessary documentation. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing analyses: proposing functional and technological solutions in cooperation with the client, the team of designers, and developers.

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and requirements (business analysis) and IT systems modeling (system analysis)
  • Knowledge of BPMN notation and UML language
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering tools and techniques
  • Ability to present prepared analyses and reports
  • Experience in business process mapping, modeling, and analysis
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools in everyday work
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Experience in leading workshops with clients
  • Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
  • Top-class interpersonal skills focused on building lasting business relationships

  • Certificates of analytical knowledge as an asset
