What will you do?
You will help us describe and improve business processes and prepare the necessary documentation. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing analyses: proposing functional and technological solutions in cooperation with the client, the team of designers, and developers.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Ability to analyze customer needs and requirements (business analysis) and IT systems modeling (system analysis)
- Knowledge of BPMN notation and UML language
- Knowledge of requirements gathering tools and techniques
- Ability to present prepared analyses and reports
- Experience in business process mapping, modeling, and analysis
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools in everyday work
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience in leading workshops with clients
- Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
- Top-class interpersonal skills focused on building lasting business relationships
